About Jerry
Jerry is a Master Certified Coach, author, speaker, creator of The Personal Mastery Framework™, and host of the Permission to Love podcast. He helps high achievers create sustainable success, overcome burnout, anxiety, and imposter syndrome, guiding them toward a meaningful life of impact and fulfillment.
Combining evidence-based coaching, positive psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed approaches, Jerry helps clients heal limiting beliefs and build emotional mastery and resilience.

With an MBA in Global Business and a Master’s in Psychology from Harvard (in progress), Jerry combines academic expertise with hard-won experience overcoming trauma, burnout, and imposter syndrome. After years of chasing success to feel whole, he discovered the real work was within. Now, he helps others succeed from a place of deep self-acceptance and inner strength, not from the need to prove themselves.
Before becoming a transformational coach, Jerry spent most of his career in philanthropy, raising over $1 billion USD.
