Jerry Henderson is a Master Certified Transformational Life Coach, author, speaker and host of the Permission to Love Podcast. He specializes in helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs, feelings of being stuck, burnout, anxiety, and imposter syndrome, guiding them toward a life of success, fulfillment, and resilience.
Jerry specializes on the topics of overcoming shame and cultivating self-love, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. His coaching empowers individuals to create happier, healthier, and more resilient lives.
He combines transformational coaching, positive psychology, trauma-informed practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to remove limiting beliefs, foster healing, and encourage personal growth.
